Her name is Tsuki Usagi for the ledgion "Tsuki no Usagi" aka "Rabbit of the Moon".

I've definitely seen a lot of improvement in your art from the time I first started watching you back when I was still  - and it shows in this picture! Some of the outlines could use a bit of cleaning up (the bunny ears, for example), but other than that, this is a great piece.
